Click on the BBC News Channel

I was watching this programme this morning and heard all about the "cloud" apparently this is the latest thing in storing your documents online so as you can access them anywhere you have internet access. I had heard of Google docs before but as the programme mentioned my only concern would be what happens if you cant access the internet. I guess you can save a copy of the document on the machine that you are working on but surely that defeats the purpose. I do like the idea that others can access the file and make changes as collaborators this will come in useful where Morag or I are working on materials with volunteers or with our factors or clients.

What I am especially liking is the fact that I can immediately publish my thought to my blog and even more impressive if I change the document it will change on my blog also without me having to do make changes on that also.
